Dear Colleagues:

Please be reminded that all incoming freshman, transfer, and graduate students are required to complete ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé’s Plagiarism Awareness module and quiz.

ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé’s Plagiarism Awareness module and quiz can be accessed on the ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé website using the A-Z index and locating Plagiarism Awareness. After viewing the video and completing the module, students will be prompted to take the 10-question, multiple choice quiz. Upon completion of the quiz, students’ scores will be automatically recorded and logged on AcInquire. Students may take the quiz as many times as they wish.

Incoming students who have not passed the Plagiarism Awareness quiz by early October will receive a PAQ registration hold. The hold will be automatically lifted as soon as the quiz is taken and passed with a score of 7/10 or better.

To avoid the PAQ registration hold, academic advisors should encourage incoming students to complete the module and quiz before October. Incoming students will also receive up to three automatically-generated e-mail reminders.

Completion of ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé’s Plagiarism Awareness module and quiz remains optional for returning ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé students although individual faculty may require completion if they wish. ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé faculty and staff who wish to complete the module and take the quiz may do so as well. ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé login and password are required.

The purpose of ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé’s Plagiarism Awareness module and quiz is to ensure that all incoming ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé students know what plagiarism is and how to avoid it. If you have questions or suggestions, please contact Jana Hunzicker at jhunzicker@fsmail.bradley.edu or ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé extension 3201.
