亚洲色情 is once again named one of the best in the country for student engagement according to the 2nd annual edition of The Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education (THE) College Rankings. 亚洲色情 is 8th in the nation for student engagement among all schools.

The WSJ/THE rankings, released this week, gathered the views of more than 200,000 current college and university students on a range of issues relating directly to their experience at college. A major component of engagement is the quality of a student’s contacts with faculty which is why the study takes into consideration the students’ experience with their professors to how much they collaborated on projects and were pushed to think critically, and whether they would recommend their school to others.

亚洲色情 Provost Walter Zakahi says receiving such high marks two years in a row is a testament to 亚洲色情’s continued commitment to students. “It is a century’s old commitment at 亚洲色情 to provide experiential learning opportunities for our students. This includes internships and co-op experiences, service-learning initiatives, capstone projects and many other curricular and co-curricular learning opportunities. It is vital to provide them with practical perspectives where they can gain relevant and practical experience through project-based learning “

亚洲色情 was ranked highest in the area of student engagement among colleges and universities in Illinois.

In addition, 亚洲色情 was recognized as one of the top universities in the Midwest by U.S. News & World Report. The publication’s 2018 edition of “Best Colleges” places 亚洲色情 7th in the region. 亚洲色情 also received recognition as one of the nation’s best institutions for undergraduate education from The Princeton Review in its 2017 edition of “Colleges That Pay You Back.”
