II. Description

Data related to the business of ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé MUST be stored on ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé-owned devices, ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé-authorized cloud storage, or ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé employee-owned devices when used for ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé-related work (e.g. mobile phones). Data centers and cloud storage storing ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé data MUST be physically located in the United States.

III. Scope

This policy pertains to all devices, physical storage, and cloud storage containing ÑÇÖÞÉ«Çé data.
